Bucket is guaranteed for 6 months (including bucket teeth are not guaranteed); storage battery, electrical components, diesel engine system pump plunger and even parts, delivery valve and fuel injector parts and other wearing parts are guaranteed for one month.

Warranty principle :

1.  During the warranty period, follow the set plan for maintenance. Under normal use, if the parts are defective in material, manufacturing or assembly, and the designated personnel of Geck company appraise it as non-human damage, Geck company is responsible Repair or replace defective parts free of charge.

2.  The replacement of the component assembly is limited to the situation where the component assembly is seriously damaged and is identified as irreparable or worthless by the designated personnel of Gecko.

3.  Defects of the wheeled excavator may cause damage or loss to the user other than the machine itself (such as economic or moral, direct or indirect, or anticipated). Gecko only deals with the defective parts of the machine itself. Take the responsibility for repair or replacement, and Geike will not be liable for compensation for damages or losses other than the hood itself.

The following objects and situations, even within the warranty period, are not covered by the warranty:

1.  Losses or defects caused by factors such as accidents, improper driving, illegal operations, negligence or natural force majeure.

2.  Defects or losses caused by installing accessories, changing the structure or use of the machine, etc. without the written consent of Geike.

3.  Dismantling or deliberately damaging the timer and other circumstances that affect the operation of the timer will be dealt with as the warranty period of the whole machine expires.

4. When the  machine has an abnormality or defect, there is no shutdown to eliminate the fault, and the loss or loss caused by the diseased operation is artificially enlarged.

5.  Unauthorized adjustments, disassembly, repairs, incomplete parts, missing nameplates, etc. of the set pressure parts of each system or machine components make it impossible to identify the cause of the failure and the object of responsibility.

6.  Failure to complete maintenance in accordance with the regular maintenance requirements, or not using diesel engine oil, gearbox transmission oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, brake fluid, etc. designated or special brands by Gecko, and this may cause malfunctions.

7.  Failure caused by the use of unqualified diesel or unsuitable for the local climate temperature.

8.  All kinds of oil, antifreeze, all kinds of filters, filter elements and other periodic maintenance or repair process need to add or replace the expenses caused by the need to add or replace (including the replacement of each additional oil and compensation liability for lost work).

9.  Pin shaft, pin sleeve, knife plate, bucket teeth, brake pads, brake discs and other parts that need to be replaced by periodic inspection and maintenance caused by wear; and gear wear under use conditions, tire wear and tire tires Failure situation when the crown pattern remaining flower is less than 1/3.

Important note :

1.  Only use special oil products of Gecko Company to enjoy free warranty. If the service radius exceeds 200 kilometers, the user must purchase the oil required for five mandatory maintenance at one time.

2.  The responsibility for the damage of the tires shall be appraised by professionals sent by Gecko. When the tire can no longer be used, the user needs to purchase a replacement tire at his own expense in order to give priority to the restoration of the machine.

3.  Obstruct or prevent the service personnel of Geck from performing necessary fault inspection, diagnosis or repair of the machine, and the repaired and replaced parts are not returned to Geck, which will affect the performance of Geck’s warranty obligations. The user is responsible for the loss.

4.  When the timer fails, the user has the obligation to notify Gecko immediately for maintenance. If the user fails to perform the notification obligation and is discovered by Geckel on its own initiative, and is confirmed to be unintentional damage, the operating hours of the machine shall be calculated as not less than 12 hours / day (from the date of purchase to the time when Geckel discovers it Until the date of failure).

5.  If the local service provider fails to inspect, maintain and maintain the machine according to the set mandatory maintenance plan, the user must immediately call the after-sales service department of Geckel (0592-6682966) to clarify the situation. Otherwise, it shall be deemed to have given up mandatory maintenance. It can only implement the service standard of three guarantees for half a year or 1000 hours.

6.  The daily maintenance of the diesel engine should be carried out by the user in accordance with the requirements of Gecko and power manufacturers. Implementation of the three-guarantee period for half a year or 1000 hours standard.

7.  Consumables for compulsory maintenance and daily maintenance of diesel engines (three filters, diesel engine accessories) must be purchased from Gecko or power manufacturers. The diesel engine oil used should be special diesel engine oil for Gecko or power manufacturers, and anti-cold liquid Use products approved by power manufacturers or Gecko.
